It's convenient for shopping and restaurants, though the walk to the beach feels pretty long, especially if you're hauling a wagon with beach gear. The rooms are small, and the pool is tiny and gets very little sun since it's beneath the building.

They've made good use of every bit of space, and the property is right on the beach. Our two-bedroom unit was comfortable for 4 adults. The only small drawback was the weak shower pressure in our 6th-floor unit. It wasn't a big deal, and the master bath was great.

We've stayed here a couple of times and really enjoy both the place and the people. When our AC had a problem, they moved us to another room for the night, and the AC technician fixed it quickly the next morning. The staff are amazing. Definitely recommend, and thank you!

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and the beach is nearby. The rooms have no bugs and look clean on the surface, but they haven't had a deep clean in quite a while. They're VERY dated, like the 1970s, though the kitchen and bathroom countertops seem newer.

I'm sharing a one-bedroom condo with a friend who's had this timeshare since the 90s. The location is awesome and the service is great, with the beach right there and groceries, restaurants, and gas stations all within a mile. The rooms could use updates, especially the mattresses. That was probably the worst bed I've ever tried to sleep on, but overall it's a nice place.
