Quality Inn Trinidad

The staff were great, and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was reasonable. My first room had worn furnishings and could’ve used some spackle and paint. When I came back, I got a much better room with a new tub and shower area. I was happy with my stay.

We had a big room with comfortable beds, and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. They let us bring our dog without any trouble. The woman at the front desk was the owner's daughter, and she was really nice and accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and hotel.

I left roughly $15,000 worth of jewelry tucked under the TV in a cubby when I rushed out to get to my destination. Before I’d even left the parking lot, housekeeping had found it and called me. They had it neatly wrapped in a soft cloth at the front desk to protect it. That kind of honesty blew me away. The team has earned my respect and my business, and I can’t thank them enough. May many blessings come their way. I arrived late after a long haul from Phoenix earlier this week. The desk agent was pleasant and got me checked in quickly. The hotel was clean, my room was too, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was better than I expected. It’s quiet and comfortable just off the highway, especially for the price. The only downside was that the ground floor’s many outside entrances left the lobby and hallways chilly on a cold winter night. My room’s HVAC warmed things up quickly, though. Thank you, Quality Inn Trinidad. I’ll be back someday.

The mountain view was spectacular, and the indoor pool area was nice. Breakfast was average. The room was smaller than at other locations, but the bed, sheets, and pillows were comfortable. Both bedside tables had lights, outlets, and USB ports. The bathroom looked recently renovated and was very nice, though the shower curtain had lots of tears. The towels absorbed well, the fridge was cold, and the AC and heater were quiet.
