Restaurants are easy to reach on foot, and there's a shuttle to nearby workplaces and offices, which made the location great for my business trip. Kayla at the front desk was courteous and helpful, made check-in smooth, and answered all my questions with a smile. Everything was spot on for a productive stay. Highly recommend!

Kayla at the front desk gave us excellent directions and several ideas for fun things happening nearby. She always greeted us with a smile. We were in Southlake for a special event and really enjoyed the stay. Our room was immaculate, and breakfast was delicious.

We spent two weeks here while our house was being renovated. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and housekeeping did a thorough job. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Kayla at the front desk (: If they have breakfast omelettes, try one, they're super good!

I spent 28 nights here on business, and the front desk staff always greeted me when I came or went, with a good morning or a welcome back. Joan, Kayla, the two dark haired women whose names I forgot, and Jeff were professional and ready to help with anything I needed. Joan deserves the biggest shout-out: she changed her schedule so my team could have breakfast earlier than planned. I'd recommend this location to anyone exploring the Dallas/Fort Worth area, with plenty to see within a 30-minute drive.

Kayla, Joan, and Alex helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was squeaky clean during the four days we spent in Ft Worth. The hotel had recently been renovated, and we used the fitness center, hot tub, and daily breakfast. There are several restaurants within walking distance. I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area.
