Albert made every day better with his smiling face. He checked me in and out, was professional, kind, and accommodating, and when I thought I might have missed housekeeping, he reassured me they were already on it and made a note asking them to double check my room was tended to. My room was clean, the temperature controls worked well, and the amenities were great. The saltwater pool was especially nice for my sensitive skin, much better than chlorine. The location right off the expressway was super convenient. The only small criticism is that the do not disturb signs slid onto the handle easily but didn’t stay on the door very well. It was a nonissue. I’m cheap, so I didn’t try breakfast, but dinner and drinks were available for anyone interested. If you’re in the area and want a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location, I’d absolutely recommend it. I’ll stay here again if I return. You guys rock, thanks so much!

Mark at the front desk was pleasant, efficient, and very accommodating. We spent the evening in the bar area, which was clean and relaxing. Retina (?), the bartender, was friendly and quick to serve everyone. Breakfast was very good, hot, fresh, and had a great range of choices. Mark, the chef and manager, gave excellent service and put out a delicious buffet.

Kennedy stood out during my stay. She was friendly, attentive, and gave excellent service. Mark, the chef, also deserves a thank you for the food, especially breakfast, which was delicious and full of flavor. He clearly takes pride in it. The rooms and hotel were clean and spacious, and the property was well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the small workout area and clean pool. The service was outstanding from arrival, and the stay was comfortable and relaxing. Five stars from me, and I’ll definitely be back.

The buffet at the Holiday Inn in Troy was clean and fully stocked, with scrambled eggs, potatoes, turkey and pork sausage, bacon, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and plenty of bread choices. It was a great breakfast, and the coffee was strong, just how it should be. Mark, the restaurant manager, stopped by with fresh coffee and greeted everyone with a smile. Breakfast was fresh and had a decent range of choices. Mark, our server, was especially kind and attentive, and made the meal pleasant. The staff were welcoming and friendly the whole stay, which makes a difference. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a relaxed feel. I’d definitely stay again.
