Emily at the front desk made check-in feel so welcoming and gave us helpful ideas for tubing with our 5-year-old. That made the trip more fun. The breakfast was fresh, well organized, and had lots of tasty, healthy choices, with staff keeping everything stocked. We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Truckee Tahoe Hotel, and the service was excellent throughout. We'd happily stay again when we're in Truckee.

The breakfast buffet is the best I've had in the USA. Our room was clean, and we could set the temperature ourselves. It also came with its own microwave and refrigerator, which plenty of motels and hotels don't provide. The staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this Best Western.

Christina and Emilyi made me feel like I was coming home. They're professional, pleasant, attentive, accommodating, and just wonderful ambassadors for the brand. The hotel is gorgeous, and it has the biggest hot tub I've ever seen, lol. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and had a great atmosphere, and breakfast was cooked fresh to order. Jill in the restaurant/café area and the receptionist were simply amazing. I'll be back because of them. Five out of five.

The room was clean and the location worked well for us. We were only there for one night, but the friendly, easy check-in and the way we were treated made us feel like family. Jill and Patricia made breakfast fun the next morning while we were stressed about beating a snowstorm.
