Luxury With Ritz Amenities At Constellation 3 Bedroom Condo by Redawning

I've never left a bad review before, but this was a horrible experience. We booked and paid in full for a three-bedroom condo in July for our family's Christmas ski trip, knowing the booking couldn't be cancelled by us. In December, Summer, who handles things for the booking company, called my wife to say the owner had an emergency and needed the condo that week. They were cancelling our reservation, right during the busiest week of the year. My wife thought she had to be joking, then hung up and called me. I called Summer back, and she said their policy lets them cancel at any time. I told her that was inexcusable and they needed to find us another place. Since everything was booked, the options were a two-bedroom condo for fewer days on different dates, or another condo down the mountain that we'd have to drive to each day, instead of the ski-in, ski-out place we rented. We'd already booked airfare, a rental car, ski rentals, lessons, and restaurant reservations, and none of it was refundable. Even the condo we'd paid for was non-refundable. This was a complete disappointment. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, I'd definitely consider another place. Worst experience ever.

Being an owner has its perks. It's a great spot away from the chaos, and you can get to Northstar village by gondola. It's part of the Ritz, with excellent service. The staff are attentive, friendly, and great.

After a day of travel, we walked into a beautiful room with the lights low, soft music playing on the television, and a thoughtful gift basket for our family. The spacious room and balcony had captivating views. The entrance was charming, and the concierge team was knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, and top-notch. It was easy to reach the nearby hotel and its additional amenities, the village below, and all the activities.

I arrived with a trailer after buying it and joining my friend at the Constellation Residences. The staff were very friendly and helped park it. When the trailer plug broke and repair shops were closed on Sunday, they let me stay one extra night in the parking lot so I could get to an auto repair shop Monday. The rooms inside were huge, and the sofa was cozy. Really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend!
