I don’t recommend staying here. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad. There were several bugs, both dead and alive, under the beds, around the furniture, and in the corners. Food crumbs were everywhere, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and the doors were stained.

We had a terrible stay, though the generally good reviews make me wonder if they’ve been going through management changes. The linens were dirty, and we had to ask for clean sheets as soon as we arrived. The shower was dirty too, with a very yellow curtain, and everything felt gross and neglected. Breakfast didn’t include anything hot, just cereal and a few bagels.

For a night in Truth or Consequences, this is a reasonably priced stop right off the highway, and it was quiet enough for a good night’s rest. The room and bathroom were generally comfortable, clean, and decently equipped, with newer showers and useful counter space. The building feels tired, though, with handwritten notes taped to things on several floors. It would also be nicer if the dining room curtains were open to let in daylight. The toilet had no lid and sat right beside the sink and tub. That made the bathroom feel more like a public restroom and seemed like it could be a safety concern. Apart from that, it was a decent stay.

The people were very nice, but when I got to my room, I found bed bugs. I checked out immediately and hope they refund me. I took a video.
