I've stayed in hotels often, and this was the worst one for me. The room was uncomfortable and noisy. If you want a decent night's sleep, spend a little more and go somewhere else.

Singh was a great employee and really helpful. He made sure I was happy with the service I received.

The nightly receptionist, an older East Indian man, was super rude. The place was dirty everywhere, and there were roaches, including one on the door frame when I walked in. The linen was dirty and there wasn't enough of it. Outside was noisy, and strangers knocked asking about people I didn't know. Dressers were broken, and nothing had been vacuumed. And yes, there were roaches.

The musty funk hit me as soon as I walked in, and there were holes in the bed sheets. All the linen was dirty, so I had to go to a Walmart Supercenter to buy fresh towels and washcloths. It didn't seem like proper cleaning products were being used, the kind OSHA standardizes. I was already itchy at the thought of staying in an old-fashioned hotel with no renovations. At check-in, the man barely spoke English and didn't understand when I said I needed internet to finish my college classes. He took my money and didn't seem to care whether I turned my assignments in on time. I thought Wi-Fi was free with a stay. It's fine, I'll email the commissioner of business and file a consumer complaint about all of this. I'll lay out more facts about what needs to be addressed by OSHA and the sanitation department, including their grading scale.
