The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a separate sitting area, plus a large bathroom and shower with good water pressure. The staff were wonderful, and the location was great. There was a nice patio out back and a small pool. Though it sits by the highway, the traffic noise wasn't overwhelming, even with our windows open at night, and we didn't really hear the neighbors beside us. A couple of room quirks: turn the fridge all the way down or everything will freeze. The TV remote only changed channels; for power and volume, we had to use the buttons on the back of the TV, which really annoyed my husband. Breakfast was free, but a little limited compared with other complimentary breakfasts like BW's. There were eggs and bacon or sausage, but no potatoes, oatmeal, or whole fruit, along with bread and a waffle maker. The yogurt machine wasn't working when we tried it.

Room 115 was next to the linen storage, laundry, and maintenance area, but we weren't disturbed by the usual work noises during our five-day stay. The king bed was comfortable, and it was easy to adjust the room temperature. Linens and condiments were readily available. Every staff member we met welcomed us warmly. The continental breakfast was as good as any I've had, and the buffet stayed clean with an attendant keeping food available. Even the parking area was clean. We give the Country Inn five stars.

We booked at the last minute for a large group, and Chris and Janet worked with us to arrange the accommodations we needed. Jackie made check-in smooth and was a big help. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the whole staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Christopher (GM) and Janet take the word “Guest” seriously. They set a high standard, and the staff put in the effort to make sure you're satisfied. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's rooms, breakfast, and location near restaurants, downtown Tucson, and the University of Arizona were all great. I traveled for business for 30 years before retiring, and my wife says my hotel standards are too high. Fair enough, but this place met them. We'll stay here again next time we're in Tucson.

The staff are the reason I'm writing this. Janet and Chris were kind and professional when a small payment issue came up at check-in. It took a while, but they stuck with it until it was sorted and made sure everything was okay. Everyone else we met during our stay was helpful and supportive too. Thanks to all of them, we had a great time at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tucson City Center. We stayed December 19-20, 2025. The location was convenient for Saguaro National Park(West), about a 25-minute drive away, and getting to downtown Tucson from Country Inn would be easy too.
