Spark By Hilton Tucson Airport

The location by the airport was really convenient, yet the place was surprisingly quiet. Everything was very clean, including the room and property, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the continental breakfast, which had lots of options, and appreciated the clean gym and complimentary makeup remover towelettes. I missed having coffee or tea in the room while getting ready, and the shower could use a shelf or cubby for toiletries. Still, it's a comfortable airport-area stay, and I'd recommend it.

We were impressed by the quiet atmosphere and the care we received throughout our stay at the Spark Hilton Hotel. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant, treated us with real attention and professionalism. Housekeeping kept the room pristine, and the dining staff were friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The spacious room was beautifully designed and spotless, with modern touches and a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens and lighting felt thoughtfully chosen. The lobby was also spotless, elegant, and welcoming. Breakfast each morning had a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food. The fitness center was well equipped, and the pool area felt serene and relaxing. We were greeted with warm smiles as soon as we arrived, which made us feel at home. We can't recommend the Spark Hilton Hotel enough for business or leisure, and we'll definitely be back soon.

The desk chair was a hard metal one that looked like it belonged by the pool, so I had to sit on a pillow to work. The free cold breakfast wasn't worth it, either. The selection was limited as expected, but the food seemed cheap, especially the generic bagels with their low-quality taste. Parking is also limited, and when the lot fills up you have to park next door at the Baymont Inn. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the air traffic was much louder here than at the Hilton Garden Inn where I usually stay or the nearby Double Tree, which is closer to the airport. I can only think the building was cheaply made. I didn't use the pool or fitness center on this trip. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of soap and towels, and the room had a wireless charging station. I had plenty of space in the king room with sofa bed, which I booked for myself. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my first stay at this location, but I usually stick with the Hilton brand and wanted the amenities I was looking for, including a refrigerator, in the area I needed. My usual Hilton Garden Inn one street over was sold out. I'd stay here again if the other two Hilton hotels weren't available, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

The loud noises were the worst part. We could hear doors slamming nearby and far away, and baggage carts rolling upstairs or on our own floor. Check-in was at 3, but no room was ready, so we waited another 30 minutes. The room was okay and the AC cooled well, but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There was a cheap pool chair in the room, and the shower had no shelf for anything beyond the hotel soap and shampoo. Breakfast was a cheap, quick affair, though the woman working there was nice and friendly. Room service only comes every other day.
