I gave two stars because the staff were friendly, but I don't recommend this place. The shower water didn't work right, it was either scalding hot or cold. The "full kitchen" was just a standard fridge, sink, microwave, and toaster. The coffee pot's water reservoir was so dirty I couldn't use it. There was only a small bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner, and no housekeeping during my six-night stay. At $150 a night with taxes, it was very disappointing.

The staff were super friendly and let me check in two hours early. This is by far the cleanest and most comfortable Motel 6 I've ever stayed at, with a 10 out of 10 experience. I'll stay here every time I'm in town.

The staff were rude, and the rooms were nasty, with stains and odors that made me feel sick. There were holes in the walls and every door was sticky and filthy. Dog stool was around the property, and the only trash can stayed full. Don't waste your time here. The five stars are fake. Stay away.

The guy at the front desk was great, but I didn't sleep at all. The beds were worn out, and I could feel the springs poking into my back and other parts of my body. The TV only got two channels. He tried to fix it but couldn't. Whenever a nearby door shut, our door rattled, and people hollered and argued in the hallway until midnight.

The room was clean and had a newly renovated, modern look. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and recommended a really good restaurant for dinner. My stay was very good, and I'll stay here again next time I travel to Tucson.
