During my one week stay in December 2025, I found the overall experience far better than at the pricier chains I’ve used. The beds were very comfortable, the big-screen TV was really huge, and security felt rock solid. There’s also a charging port for electric cars. For someone looking for top quality at an affordable price, this is the best place. 1 million ⭐️

I spent a full week at University Inn Tucson and found it a great value. The room was clean, updated, and clearly looked after. Whenever I had a question, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the place feel comfortable. I’d happily stay again and recommend it for an easy, no-stress visit to Tucson.

It was quite something to click through each page and watch the hotel price go up every time: $496 -> $571 -> $601 -> $697. I had chosen the original option that included taxes and fees, but somehow another $200 in taxes and fees got added on top. Super cool!!!!

The rooms were a big surprise: spacious, with a huge comfortable bed, and quiet and cozy at night. After a long flight from Malaysia, I slept well. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it’s very convenient for getting around. I’d read reviews saying there were homeless people around and it was dangerous at night. That was totally NOT TRUE in my experience. There’s a park beside the hotel where families come, and the area felt safe and sound. The hotel was friendly and accommodating, too. My baggage was lost in transit, and by the time the airline delivered it I’d checked out. The owner kept it safe for me.
