The proprietors are friendly and efficient, and the place covered our basic needs well. We had comfortable beds, a small fridge, microwave, free wifi, and plenty of TV channels and movies. We stayed one night and slept soundly. This isn't fancy, so don't expect new rooms, elegant decor, a pool, or breakfast. Its main draw is the location: just far enough from the interstate for a quiet night. We've stayed at several other Tucumcari hotels over the years and heard I40 traffic all night at every one, but not here. Parking is ample and right outside the room, and since it's one storey, there are no stairs. The big grocery store in town is only a couple of blocks down the street. We haven't seen any super-nice neighborhoods in Tucumcari, either.

We got a good price, lower than every other place we checked. The room had been nicely redone at some point and was quite nice. It had what we needed: beds, a fridge, microwave, ice bucket and cups, and a TV. I'd recommend it.

A hidden gem, with updated, clean rooms, a comfortable bed, and everything working as it should. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out, and the price was amazing. We had a great experience!

The bed was comfortable, everything worked, and nothing was wrong. It's a basic motel at a reasonable price, but there's nothing special about it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and good for an overnight stop or a longer stay. Cable, the refrigerator, and the microwave all worked. The lights looked lovely in the evening, and the birds chirping in the morning made for a wonderful wake-up. The washer, dryer, and ice machine were all working well, too.
