I had a great check-in with Shreauder, and the service was awesome. The room, though, was filthy and smelled bad. I only had five hours to sleep, and cigarette smoke kept coming in under the door. A drawer was missing, and I don't think housekeeping had mopped the floor. Terrible experience. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Worst stay ever!

The beds are really comfortable, the TV is great, the shower feels just right, and the place smells good. It's also in a quiet area. Even the vending machines in the laundry room are affordable and easy to get to, and that area feels secure. I've stayed at lots of Extended Stay places, and this is easily the nicest one I've been to. The staff are amazing, kind, and helpful. If you get the chance to meet Kalily at check-in, she's the sweetest front desk attendant. I'll definitely be back!

The location works really well for what I need right now. There's a rapid bus line right next door that gets you up the hill to the light rail in a few minutes, so it's good value for a traveler. The neighborhood feels fairly safe for the most part. The rooms are quaint but old, with chipped paint, cracks, and similar wear. The staff respond quickly, though, and will come fix something that's broken within 24 hours.

The rooms are nice, the location is great, and the surroundings are clean. Shredder is especially polite and friendly, with great customer service. Come stay and say hi to her.

It was easy to get to the freeway, though you can hear it all the time if road noise bothers you. The room was clean and affordable, the front desk staff were friendly, and the bed was more comfortable than I expected. There were some interesting guests around, but nothing that felt worrying or dangerous.
