The room was very nice, and the staff took good care of my group. Everyone was friendly, especially Jayla at the front desk. I have to go to the lobby to use a microwave to warm water, though. I stay here when I'm driving a charter bus, and the bus parking could use a lot of improvement. Having to leave a $600,000 bus so far away around the corner kept me from feeling fully at ease.

Becky and Sally made the stay especially nice with their hospitality, friendly faces, and welcoming manner. I enjoyed our little conversations and smiles. The rest of the staff were friendly too and made us feel at home while my mom and I were there for medical reasons. Our queen room wasn't flashy, but it was clean and comfortable, which was just right for me. Breakfast was great. Customer service matters, and they get an A+ for it. Thank you for making the stay pleasant.

I'm a Hilton Diamond Member, Marriott Titanium Member, and Hyatt Explorist, and I was here for Valentine. The front desk staff were friendly, but seemed understaffed for the number of guests. Right after I checked in, at 3 PM, maintenance came into the room without knocking while I was in the bathroom. They must have seen my bag and left right away, but there was no apology or note. The next morning my girlfriend and I went to the restaurant at 9. It looked like many people had already been through, and just two waiters were struggling with a dining room that was one-third full. We waited five minutes to be seated, then were told to sit wherever we liked. None of the tables looked cleared or ready, so I asked a waitress to get one ready and waited another five minutes. Since it was a buffet, we checked the stands, but there was only one bagel, burnt leftover scrambled eggs, and dried-out oatmeal. We weren't going to pay for that, so I told the waitress to give our table to someone else. Starting at midnight, the next door room was loud until 1 AM, and I couldn't sleep. The front desk didn't answer my first three calls. On the fourth, someone picked up and promised security would warn them. Twenty minutes later the noise got louder. The desk didn't answer when I called again, so I went to the lobby. The clerk was wearing a headset and watching a game or show. He didn't notice me for five minutes until I yelled, then came over without apologizing. I asked him to get the noise down. He finally reached security, and the problem was resolved around 2:15 AM, with no apology. Around 10 the next morning, while my girlfriend and I were lying naked in bed, maintenance entered again without knocking or warning. At checkout I asked to speak with the manager and went over everything. He apologized but offered no compensation. I said a small gesture would keep me from posting a negative review. He said he'd talk to the GM and get back to me within 24 hours. I gave him three business days since the hotel seemed busy, but it's been over two weeks, so I'm posting.

My wife and I both tried calling for more than two hours to change the stay date and cancel the booking. We only got the automated attendant occasionally, then more ringing, and never reached a real person. I finally contacted reservations and escalated it, but got no resolution. They said any changes had to go through the front desk, which wouldn't answer calls from guests or their own people. I wouldn't book here. This isn't the Hilton experience of old.

Both times I've stayed here for work, I ran into things I didn't expect. After opening the curtains, I found a random iPhone charging cable on a clearly dusty windowsill. There was also someone's full fridge of old food, a dirty wash rag under the sink, and no shampoo or conditioner. I asked for no housekeeping, but someone still came in, made the bed, took my laundry towels, touched my nightclothes, and arranged my jewelry box by the bathroom sink, while leaving the rest of the room uncleaned. I had to buy coffee elsewhere each day because there was no complimentary coffee, just a tub of water sitting on the counter downstairs. Breakfast started too late for someone like me who leaves early for work, so I missed it each day. And I ended up putting on headphones to block out the woman next door talking on the phone with Phil about gossip, then watching what seemed to be a true crime show and the news. Keep that in mind if you have children and there's a young couple next door, if you catch my drift. My takeaway: bring your own toiletries and snacks, and put your things away if you don't want someone touching them every day. Bring sandals or house shoes too, since most people know better than to walk on hotel carpet barefoot. Don't leave anything in the room that you wouldn't want someone to photograph and share online or make disappear. There's a safe, but who knows how many people know how to get in. And if you leave very early for work like I do, leave lots of extra time to stop for breakfast.
