Georgetown Plaza Motel

I never stayed because the manager wouldn’t let me see a room first. I only wanted to check that everything worked, but he insisted it was fine and refused to show me. Then he told me to leave and go to the hotel next door. That was pathetic service and terrible management, with no leadership or professionalism. I don’t know how this business stays open.

It’s a decent, fairly quiet spot right next to the interstate. The staff were kind, and they even helped my girlfriend through a couple of things she was dealing with at the time. I’d recommend it.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and my room was clean with a really comfortable bed. I’ll stay here again.

For the price, it was a good value, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The room smelled musty, though. I opened the window for a while, which helped. Owners, you might try an ozonator in the rooms to get rid of odors at the source. I use them in my business sometimes.
