Tulsa Extended Stay Inn and Suites

Bugs were all over the bed when we entered the room, so we took the key back to the front desk and left immediately to book another hotel. We’d prepaid $360 for a week in November. The rude clerk said the manager had to be there to issue refunds. I’ve called every day to check on it, but it’s February and the manager still hasn’t called me back. They had every chance to make this right and are choosing to ignore me. I’m escalating it with my bank, filing a police report and a claim with the state over the bedbugs, and making sure people know how this business is run and what condition the place is in. This disgusting business has stolen my money. Do not stay at this motel.

This place used to be overrun with roaches, though I haven’t seen any this time. The bed is so hard I can feel the springs poking me, and while they said the rooms were being remodeled, mine clearly hasn’t been. The kitchenette is the only nice thing about the hotel.

My kitchenette room at Tulsa Extended Stay is very comfortable, and I’m enjoying my stay here. The trash outside is my only complaint. Cleaning that area up would make the place look a lot better. How clean a motel or hotel looks does matter.

I stayed for two nights and had a basic kitchenette setup, but there were no dishes or pans. It could’ve been a little cleaner, though it wasn’t bad. I didn’t see any roaches, which is rare outside of more expensive places.
