Lotte Hotel Guam

We loved the pool area. It was clean and well kept, and the kids' pool was great. I even went down the main slide a couple of times. A short set of stairs led straight to the private beach, and there was a standing shower to rinse off the sand afterward. Pool towels and life vests were provided. My daughter also had a blast in the Kids English Program and spent three hours at the Dream High Playground, which was a great rainy-day option. The oceanfront view from our clean, spacious room was beautiful, with Tumon Beach right in front of us. The requested bed guard and dehumidifier were already waiting in the room. After check-in, we asked for a step stool, iron and ironing board, and drying rack. That rack was especially handy for wet swimsuits and clothes. Housekeeping was friendly and quick when we needed something. The convenience store had lots of Korean products, including cup noodles, instant rice, and drinks. Everyone we met, from the concierge and front desk to the deli, restaurant, pool, and housekeeping teams, was friendly and helpful. David welcomed us at the door. Ashley and Yebin at the front desk made us feel at home and checked in with us whenever they saw us. Ashley also arranged a room upgrade for my daughter, who wanted a higher floor, and brought us delicious birthday macarons. My daughter loved her and still talks about her. Thanks as well to Sophie, Ethan, Jason, and Andy at the front desk for being professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet had a nice range of food, the Bulgogi burger from the deli was so good, and the Starbucks drinks were good too. We rented a car for one day from Happy, right by the front desk, and only drove 16 miles to the mall and market. That says a lot about how much we liked staying at the hotel. As a former hotelier, I really appreciated this team's hospitality. We stayed for a week on our first trip to Guam and absolutely loved Lotte Hotel Guam. We stayed in a lot and made such good memories. We'll be back, maybe in just a couple of weeks. Thanks for making our first Guam trip so special!

We also spent one night in a Standard Room and two nights in the Poolside Suite. The Standard Room had a small kitchen area, a roomy living room with a TV, two beds, a closet, and a clean, well-kept bathroom. The furniture seemed a bit dated and the view looked onto a building wall, but the balcony was nice for some fresh air. It comfortably fit my groom, his eight groomsmen, and other wedding party members. The Poolside Suite was incredible. There was a luggage table and a large refrigerator by the entrance, plus a spacious living room with a TV, a separate bedroom with two large beds and another TV, and a luxurious marble-finished bathroom. The air conditioning worked very well. It was a great setup for my eight bridesmaids and the rest of the wedding party, with room to set up hair and makeup. We held our wedding ceremony at Lotte Hotel's Aqua Symphony Chapel in September 2025. The view, decor, and atmosphere had a warm, rustic charm, and the grand piano looked beautiful. We had a live violinist, and the sound in the chapel felt magical. Lotte Chapel was flexible about decor, so our decorators could bring our vision to life. There was also a small waiting area for me before I walked down the aisle. The chapel was generally cool from the air conditioning, though it could get humid with a large crowd. The entrance is only stairs, about three large steps, which could be difficult for guests with mobility issues. A car can drop guests off at the front if they can't walk the whole distance. Lotte Hotel has lovely photo spots and plenty of places to lounge. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family and friends. The views were spectacular, and the location was great. We enjoyed the food and had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The front desk staff were especially good, and the service was amazing. Our room's AC didn't work well even after a technician checked it, but I'd still highly recommend the hotel.

The building and utilities are old, but the staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests, which made our stay comfortable. Seems like a good choice for families.
