Springhill Suites By Marriott Turlock

The staff are great, and the hotel is very nice. It's centrally located, so getting around is quick, though there isn't much right nearby. Dust Bowl Brewery and Pageo Farms are only a short drive away.

We were visiting from out of town and found the SpringHill Suites Turlock to be a great place. It was comfortable, really clean, and well kept. Sandra made the visit extra special with her warmth and attention, and everyone we met was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

The standout for us was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and greeted us whenever they saw us; they seemed keen to help and make guests happy. We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. The location reopened after remodeling in July 2024, and everything felt new. Our room had plenty of space for three, though the mattresses were too firm for us, while our teenage son was fine with his. The nearby freeway is convenient, but the noise bothered me as a light sleeper. Amenities include a gym, unheated pool, spa, laundry room, and ice machines. The pool and spa were spotless and well maintained; an employee cleaned the area and checked the chemicals while we sat outside, though it wasn't very dirty to begin with. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but it would be nice to have different choices each day over the weekend and a second waffle maker. They ran out of milk and yogurt during the big weekend crowd, which they should plan for.

Jacqueline was so helpful and sweet, and the customer service really impressed us. The place looked beautiful and new, and breakfast had a great spread of bagels, waffles, cereal, coffee, and more. The freeway is the main downside since it can get kind of loud at night, but I'd definitely stay again.
