Comfort Suites Tuscaloosa near University

Breakfast was really good, and most of the room seemed clean during my four-night stay. My first night, though, the bed’s top cover smelled strongly of perfume, specifically White Diamond, and didn’t seem freshly washed. Housekeeping was pushy about coming in before the 11 a.m. checkout, which got frustrating. I found the front desk team friendly apart from one older woman with shoulder-length blonde hair, who was very rude. The rest of my stay was nice.

We had three rooms for graduation weekend, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty to see and do nearby. I’d happily recommend staying here while you’re in town.

Mary Ann remembered us from an earlier visit and was just as kind this time. She kept checking whether we needed anything and even helped me find a place to park my truck and trailer. So friendly and accommodating. The world could use more people like Mary Ann. I can’t say enough good things about her.

The hotel itself is nice, but Mary Ann at the front desk made my stay unpleasant. Her attitude was nasty, and while checking me in she even squeezed her hands together. I had no issue with the place before dealing with her. Aside from that one worker, I liked the hotel.
