On March 3, 2026, we stayed here while heading down to Orange Beach, Alabama. I have to avoid scented detergent because it can make me very ill, so we called many hotels in this town and the one before it to ask what they use on their linens. This was the only one using unscented detergent. The evening attendant was friendly and very accommodating when we arrived. He let us check three different rooms to make sure we’d be comfortable with the smell. We were, and had a very comfortable stay. The room was neat and clean, though the hotel is definitely older, and the price was very reasonable. There’s a McDonalds next door for breakfast before getting back on the road. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave, so we kept our refrigerated items cold overnight and heated food for breakfast in the morning. I’d recommend this hotel.
