Fairfield Inn & Suites Tustin Orange County

The freeway view isn't much to look at, but for a very reasonable price I got everything I'd expect at a much more expensive hotel. The beds felt new and were really comfortable, parking was excellent, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was hot and free every morning, and the staff were wonderful. My plans kept changing, so I asked three times if I could keep the room. They were fine with it and honored the original price. I only needed a couple of nights, but that turned into three and then four because the accommodations I was waiting on weren't ready. I usually book a Residence inn or a regular marriott, but this place was available and close by. I'm glad I stayed. Next time I'm in town, I'll come back. Thanks to the management and staff for taking such good care of me.

I spent two weeks here in December, and the clean rooms and regular room service suited my needs. The whole staff were incredibly friendly. Pearl especially stood out for her customer service and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

Getting here from SNA was convenient, and the location was quiet. The team was outstanding and attentive, especially at check-in. My room was modern and clean, with a comfortable mattress, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was spacious, parking was available, and I enjoyed breakfast and the good coffee.

After a long workday on my trip, Michelle and Kati made check-in quick and painless. I also watched them patiently help a clearly frustrated customer who came up to the desk, and I appreciated how willing they were to help. My room is really clean and comfortable. I'd happily stay here again when work brings me to town.
