Motel 6 Tustin, CA – Orange County

This is probably the smallest Motel 6 I've stayed at, and that actually made it feel more boutique. Other Motel 6 locations can be busier and noisier. It's a no-frills place with good value for the price, in a neat area at the beginning of Old Towne Tustin. There's lots to do nearby, including shopping, good food, fun bars, and attractions. Check out Creme Pan just down the street. Freeway access is easy, too.

The location is excellent, with restaurants, a major outlet, and grocery stores nearby. The rooms are clean, everyone is a pleasure to be around, and maintenance is available during the day if you need anything. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a room in the area.

I have screenshots showing a king room with a spa listed for around $85 on Priceline, including on other nights. The hotel told me the listing was an error and said it would cost $60 more, making it $135. They then refused a refund and kept the money. I booked through Priceline, and I believe management is scamming people using Priceline and other third-party sites. I've notified the companies and hope they do something about it.

Both times I stayed here, the rooms, bathroom, and bedding were surprisingly clean. The outside of the motel looks sketchy, but the rooms were cleaner than most hotels in Santa ana.
