Hilton Garden Inn Twin Falls

The breakfast tasted good and was about what I’ve had at other Hilton hotels. The buffet area was clean and looked really nice. You could order from a menu or pay for the buffet; we chose the buffet, but service was so slow that it was hard to pay and get going on schedule. The workers stayed in the kitchen behind the doors for long stretches. I kept asking at the front desk if I could pay there, but was told payment had to happen in the breakfast area. That got frustrating since I didn’t want to go through two employee doors and hunt for the server in the kitchen. The hotel itself was a breath of fresh air, very clean and well kept. The front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful, and we had a great stay.

After my surgery, traveling with our cat and all our luggage was a lot to manage. The front desk kindly found us a quiet room on the ground floor, which we’d hoped for to make things easier. They did what they could to make the stay less stressful, and we’re very grateful.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the front desk staff friendly. There’s plenty of parking, and the location puts nearby attractions and essentials within easy reach. Hilton doesn’t let you down. Highly recommend.

The location is handy for the mall, theater, Costco, and other large retailers, though being on a divided highway made it awkward to head in a particular direction. The hallway doors on the way to the elevator meant we had to put our luggage down to get through. There was no restaurant or bar service while we were there. The room itself was the standard Hilton Garden Inn layout, the same floor plan as the others.
