The sunrise is hard to beat, and you’re only about two minutes from the water. I’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed it a lot. The location is beautiful, with a great view, and the balconies are fun for people watching, especially on weekends. Just be aware that Monday mornings can get noisy when road crews clean up after the weekend with leaf blowers and street sweepers, and delivery trucks unload right in front of the building.

The condo in 107 was a good size and nicely furnished, and the location is a 10/10, close to the beach, food, and shopping. The main issue was the AC, which couldn’t get the room below 78° even though it was only 82° outside. We called about a dozen times before anyone came to check it, and they didn’t fix anything. Not a great experience.

We came for pirate fest with friends, and the view was amazing. The place was really clean and had lots of towels and extra supplies on hand, which was great since at most places you have to call someone to get anything. They trust you to use the extras, and the space was super roomy and a great place to stay.
