Silver Shores Unit 5

We picked unit 11 for its location and three bedrooms, and stayed five nights. There was plenty of space and parking was great; we even got to check in early. The fourth-floor position gave two bedrooms a side view of the ocean and pier, but the elevator was right beside the condo, very loud, and didn't work well. After we got stuck in it, we were scared to use it. Climbing four flights several times a day was a lot, and when other guests used the elevator it disturbed us if we were sleeping. That would be a deal breaker if it isn't fixed before another stay. Bedroom three had no storage for my clothes because its only closet was locked with a padlock. None of the bedrooms had curtains, so outdoor lights kept things bright all night. The main bathroom had no trash can or soap dish, small things that got inconvenient over several days. The dryer didn't work well and its timer was broken. We used the patio often, but the old, worn furniture really needs replacing. We didn't need the sleeper sofa, though a sign said it was broken. I might stay again, depending on whether the elevator is fixed.

The pool across the street was clean, warm, and inviting after a long beach day. Our group of five found the place great, and most of us could walk to everything we needed. The bedrooms were spotless apart from the carpet, which looked so gross it should be changed. We had no ocean sounds from this unit, but food and shopping were close. Our original booking had to be changed because the elevator broke and someone in our party needed one. The people smoking below us made it impossible to enjoy an evening on the patio. That's frustrating, though it wasn't the building or company's fault. I'd use this company again, but would try for a closer unit.

A block away from the party, so you can walk there and still be far enough to sleep when you're ready. It was a great beach getaway, and the neighbors were great too.

A lovely little apartment style place, with two or three bedrooms. The beach is so close.
