The room was filthy: dead roaches in every drawer and corner, a stained bed, and cigarette burns on the blanket in a room marked non-smoking that reeked of smoke. Two lamps were broken, and the fridge wouldn't close all the way. Staff were also hostile and unprofessional. Across the three people I spoke with, I didn't have one good experience. We were first delayed 30 minutes while staff tried to deny us a room because I have a service dog. Then the first room had a broken door, which cost us another 20 minutes before we could get inside. After we had finally settled in, they let us stay only to kick us out the next day because of my medical alert dog. When I called about a refund, the front desk manager yelled and argued instead of helping. We called the police after they refused to let us get our belongings from the room they'd kicked us out of. We were told we'd be trespassed if we returned. Other reviews also mention refunds being denied and people being turned away for service animals, even though the business apparently describes itself as pet friendly on multiple websites. Between that, the dirty rooms, and the discriminatory behavior, I can't recommend this place. It needs new management or to be shut down.

The bed was worn and dented, but the sheets were clean. We were put at the back of the hotel among what seemed to be long-term residents, and loud music was coming from the adjacent hotel. I won't stay there again. The hotel and rooms don't look like the website pictures. The front desk was disorganized, and the supposed breakfast room was full of furniture and clutter. Our old, worn room had dirty walls, a rusty tub, and a sink that kept filling with water. We cleaned out the fridge ourselves because that hadn't been done. There were gnats coming from somewhere unknown. With two of us, there were two bath towels but just one face towel. When we asked for another, they told us to turn in the one we had and said they'd come back later with two. We needed to shower then, so that made no sense. After we called to say we now had no towels, someone brought two face towels, but the whole thing was disorganized.

The beds are comfortable and everything worked, but the room needs an upgrade. It could use a fresh coat of paint and the carpet should be shampooed.

Nice, clean rooms for a good price. I just wish there had been coffee.
