Tyler Inn Suites

I spent a week here. It was quiet, the rooms had been renovated recently, and the price was very affordable compared with most motels around Tyler. The Wi-Fi was fast too.

Worst hotel I've ever seen. My room was full of bedbugs, and the manager was a scammer who wouldn't provide towels or any amenities. I reported the hotel to the health department and visitor/tourist commission. I hope they shut it down soon.

Before spending money on a room, I walked to the end of the building to look at the hotel. The front desk guy flipped me off. In the office, he accused me of trespassing. I explained I was checking out the building because I might want a room, but not after being treated like that. He swore at me more and told me to leave. Terrible from the start. I'll never stay here. Go to Rose City instead; at least they treat you with respect.

There were no light bulbs in the lamps, and the bathrooms were very dirty. We paid for a week but left after the first night because the bed was full of large bedbugs. They bit my girlfriend, who is allergic. The place didn't give us a full refund and said we were lucky to get any money back. Now, with less money than we had, we can't afford to stay somewhere else. I have photos and videos of the bugs. Wouldn't recommend it.
