Extended Stay America – Tysons Corner was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and it felt like a home away from home. That was largely thanks to the hardworking staff, who were welcoming, professional, kind, and ready to help with a smile from the moment I arrived. Nagwa and Suaad deserve special thanks for helping make the stay positive and stress-free. I highly recommend this location for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

I booked this place for a weekend snowstorm stay because I was on call and needed somewhere safe to be. Then the hotel piled icy snow in front of all our cars and left no salt anywhere on the property. How do you run a property worth millions and not arrange snow removal for the guests who booked because of the storm? The room heater sounded like an industrial grinder and seemed straight out of the Reagan administration, while struggling to reach the temperature I wanted. There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom, either. And their advertised "continental breakfast" was sink-water coffee and factory-made muffins. I've seen dental offices offer just as much, without bragging about it. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

Suaad was especially kind, professional, and attentive, and her positive attitude made a big difference during my stay. The staff at Extended Stay America were welcoming and always ready to help, which made me feel comfortable. Thanks to her and the whole team for the excellent service.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been, and for what we paid, the stay wasn't worth it. I don't recommend this hotel. I booked two nights through Booking because the listing clearly promised free breakfast. On arrival, I was told the breakfast area was under maintenance and there would be no breakfast. If a service isn't available, that should be stated online. We had planned our mornings around it, especially since we were traveling with family, and ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere every day. Very disappointing. Management needs to be more honest with guests and improve cleanliness.

The location made getting around easy, with shops, restaurants, and the Metro all close by. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. My room was clean and had a small kitchenette that came in handy for quick meals, and the bed was comfortable enough. The place is a bit dated and some furniture could use an update, but it was practical and worked well for my week at Extended Stay America in Tysons Corner.
