The manager moved us to another room quickly after we found bed bugs in the bed. The room had looked clean, and for a cheap overnight stay we were pleased at first. But they didn't offer any refund.

Even though I didn't arrive to check in until midnight, the staff member was really friendly and helped me get into my room. It was clean and comfortable, and cost less than the other options. The room was good.

We stayed for about 5 days, and the place felt really neat and clean. They have non-smoking rooms and plenty of parking. Awesome stay.

The bathroom was filthy: there was hair and beard trimmings around the sink, feces splattered on the toilet and beneath the seat, and an unknown brown stain on the wall. The floor, edges, and area under the chair hadn't been vacuumed properly, if at all. There was a beard-clipper attachment under the chair and debris behind the bed. I checked for bed bugs and, surprisingly, didn't find any. Room 208 was listed as non-smoking, but the sheets, blanket, and whole room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The sheets were stained, the blanket had a cigarette burn, the chair had a hole, and everything was outdated. The stove had a sign saying it didn't work. This was totally unhealthy and unacceptable. If my wife and I had seen the room before paying, I would have demanded a refund and left. We regret staying there. It was the worst place we've ever stayed, and $91 for its deplorable condition is ridiculous. The health department needs to be called. I'll never stay there again, and I've warned many people to steer clear.
