We came as a group of seven women and had four rooms. The woman serving breakfast was very nice, and the first person at the desk was friendly and helpful. But housekeeping and general maintenance need work, and it feels like a management problem. At check-in, the first of our four rooms had its door open, an unmade bed, and hadn’t been cleaned. The front desk worker fixed that quickly. The bathroom floor in our room felt sticky, though I wasn’t going barefoot anyway. At bedtime, my friend pulled up the blanket and got a strong body odor smell from it. The night desk worker never looked up or acknowledged people coming in. By morning the elevator was broken, so everyone had to take the stairs. At least two rooms had only a few tissues messily stuffed in an otherwise empty box. They need to keep rooms clean, maintain things, and provide enough supplies.

Check-in was easy, and the room was clean and as advertised. Breakfast was a complete letdown. We went down several times and found very little food, with everything in limited amounts. There was no milk for cereal, and most of the food trays and bakery options were empty.

This Inn seems newly renovated and was nice and clean. The front desk person was efficient and helpful, and we appreciated the staff. The room was great, and we had a really good experience.

The room looks modern, but the service was poor. It wasn’t serviced at all one day, then I got no fresh towels for the next two days. On the second day, they gave me four hand towels instead. If I’m charged for towels I never got, I’ll be livid. The TVs are terrible, with a lot of lag and slow response. Bring your own monitor if you have one.

We come here often when visiting family, and the room is always clean and stocked well. Breakfast is good for the price, and the staff are consistently friendly. There are lots of places to eat and shop nearby.
