The front desk team was the best part of my stay. They were friendly, caring, attentive, and handled every request right away with a good attitude. The property itself was a real letdown. It feels very outdated, and the room cleanliness fell below basic expectations. I felt I had to buy my own cleaning supplies just to make the room feel livable. I only discovered after sleeping there that the bedding hadn’t been properly washed. The shower head was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. There was a hole in a wall, a broken appliance, and rusty bathtubs with peeling paint. Guests should be able to feel comfortable and safe, and the lack of care made that impossible for me. I hate leaving negative feedback and try to find the good, but I couldn’t ignore this. It points to a lack of oversight from OWNERSHIP, not just the cleaning staff. Owners should fix things like holes, broken appliances, and rusty tubs with chipped paint instead of letting guests stay in those conditions. Until hygiene and maintenance are taken seriously, I CAN'T RECOMMEND staying here.

Under renovation in April 2026. The room was okay, not bad, and relatively clean, but there were still lots of paint spots from not using drop cloths. For less than $75 a night, it was worth the money during renovation. There were still a lot of extended-stay types of guests at the property. I saw probation officers serving papers. Not for everyone, but if you’re poor like me, maybe it’s okay. There was no breakfast. The hotel may cancel breakfast indefinitely. The elevator looked like something out of The Shining. Be ready to rough it. Hampton and Choice, Tru are nicer, but about $50 more a night. All work and no play makes jack a dull boy. Take care now, bye bye.

We booked for 10 nights but left on the ninth. We got no real room service during the entire stay. At most, they took the trash and dirty linen from by the door. All the amenities listed online were unavailable at the time. The whole place was under construction, which should have been disclosed before booking. We paid $1,200 and couldn’t enjoy basic hospitality. I also encountered their maintenance man in an elevator, where he made inappropriate comments to me that felt prejudiced. My partner and I told several staff members about the incident. It was an expensive stay without laundry or the hotel breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend it until management improves and the construction is finished.

The only thing that worked for my needs was the location. The hotel was being renovated, and I didn’t know until I got there. They offered a refund, but then I would have had to find somewhere else on the spot, which was inconvenient. I’m guessing most people, like me, end up staying. There was a paint smell the whole time, and construction started by 9 a.m., so sleeping in wasn’t an option. My door wouldn’t stay shut unless I slammed it. I’m sure other guests weren’t happy hearing that at 2 or 3 a.m. when I got back to my room. There was no breakfast, and the pool wasn’t available. Maybe it’ll be much better once the renovations are done. I’d suggest calling to ask whether they’re still working on it.

The air conditioner leaked water across a large part of the floor. Maintenance came and supposedly fixed it, but it leaked even more the next day. Luckily, we’d moved our bags, or they would have been soaked. The bed sagged badly in the middle, the sofa was very dirty and stained, and the bathtub kept dripping and had peeling paint inside. The mini kitchen had no dining table, so there was nowhere comfortable to sit and eat. The kitchenware and utensils were dirty. We saw a large bug with many legs and antennae crawling in a corner, and some knives and spatulas still had dried food from previous guests in the drawer. If they aren’t going to clean the utensils properly, they shouldn’t provide them. The curtains were odd too, with just one installed where there should clearly have been two. We had to position it carefully for some privacy. Noise continued through the night and made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was microwave hot food that felt straight out of the 1980s, and I really couldn’t drink the coffee. This stay was far from pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend the place unless it’s your absolute last option, as it was for us.
