Fine for a night or two, though I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay. The Catalina hotel on the beach costs the same and doesn’t come with credit card hassles.

For the price and location, it’s good. But during my two-week stay, room service wasn’t great: I had to clean the floors and make my own bed.

The room had more space than I expected, plus a small kitchen, and the pool was surprisingly 9 feet deep. They let us stay out there until 2 a.m. Service was really friendly, and the location was close to everything we’d come to town for.

The staff were super nice and checked in every day to see if we needed anything. Our room was clean, and we were about eight minutes from a beach, right across from an amusement park.

It’s a reasonable, safe place to stay if you’re trying not to spend a lot. The pool was very nice, the maids and management were nice, and we got clean towels every day. There were no bed bugs or roaches, and I’d stay again. A few things could use updating, like the coffee pot. There also wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes.
