The rooms are very clean and spacious, almost like suites, so they work well for a longer stay. I also enjoyed the pool and fitness center. It’s a very nice hotel, and the free breakfast has some healthy choices.

Breakfast was good, the room felt clean, and the location works well for travelers. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The room did have a few rough spots: musty water from the kitchen faucet, a broken dishwasher dispenser, and a strange CO2 light flickering at night. It’s fine overall, just a bit rough around the edges.

The staff overall are great, but housekeeping has been a repeated problem during my stays of a few days. I request service, and the room gets skipped even though I don’t leave the DnD placard on the door. I have to ask twice. When they do come, they sometimes only do half the job: the bathroom and living room might get cleaned but the bed and sheets are left untouched, or they clean the kitchen but don’t empty the trash. I’ve also found my underwear moved. Before going out, I put my dirty clothes in a bag away from everything, and came back to find them outside the bag and my underwear scattered. I understand things may need to be moved for vacuuming, but why go through someone’s clothes? When I report a skipped cleaning, housekeeping says I don’t need the room cleaned, then goes quiet when the front desk explains that I requested it. People pay nearly $300 a night, and asking for service isn’t meant to be rude or annoying. Sometimes you want fresh linen or a clean room after work or a day out. If the housekeepers don’t like the job, why are they here, just to collect money? During my last stay I took my kids to the pool, which was relaxing until we got to the 4ft side. There was a lot of debris, including an insect floating near my son, one of the bugs known to travel with people in luggage. I reported it. The first staff member seemed afraid to pick up the pool scooper and just straightened chairs. The second went straight to the insect and reassured me that the pool is maintained every day.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we completely loved our stay. The hotel had everything we needed and was really clean and comfortable. My husband and I had just one issue: the toilet paper gave you a sore butt. We should’ve bought our own.
