009 Vail International 2 Bedroom Condo by RedAwning

We were in town for a wedding, and the location worked perfectly. The condo had a lovely view of the gondolas and people skiing on the mountain, plus comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax on the huge sectional. We also enjoyed the hot tub and grills. My son already wants to come back with friends next year.

The pool and hot tub were cared for every day, and the gentleman at the check-in desk was outstanding. The condo was really nice overall, with a good little fitness center we didn’t use but wish we had, and not much noise. The bathrooms were tight, though. The bigger issue was getting to the slopes: this definitely isn’t ski in ski out, despite how our rental was listed. For some of us, the uphill trek back in ski boots and a mask was quite a lot, and traffic sometimes made it harder. The Covid shuttle reroute didn’t help either. Otherwise, I’d recommend it.

The unit worked perfectly for our needs, and the staff are always ready to help.

We had such a fun holiday week at Vail International Condos with our two kids. The building sits between Lionshead and Vail Village, behind the indoor ice arena and library, which were both great for the kids. The slopes are under a 5 min walk away, and there’s a bus right there too. There’s plenty of parking if friends come by. Our condo looked out toward the slopes, and the kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Management was kind and super helpful, and we were grateful for the warm accommodations and all the snow. We’ll be back!
