You rent a condo here for the extra room, not for hotel-style service. If you're looking at a rental, you'll probably understand the planning involved. Staff are helpful when you can find them, but that's often difficult, and the phone number has no voicemail. Service has also been scaled back over the past few years.
In Vail, it’s tough to find a bad place to stay. Still, for what you pay, a 24-hour front desk and a few more amenities on site would make sense. If every room has a washer, dryer, and TV, they should be working and easy to use. I know the owners decide what to provide, but they should consider the people paying for amenities that aren't available.
You’re right across from the fire station in downtown Vail, and the bars and shops are an easy walk away.
Rooms were clean, and there’s underground parking. Gondola One is about a 10-15 minute walk.
The services were decent, but our neighbors were really loud.
