The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, huge and consistently hot, with no trouble finding space. The gym was good too. Rooms were clean and well equipped, and housekeeping did a great job each day, including refilling the coffee capsules and water. The coffee machine was a nice touch, as were the complimentary sunscreen and lip balm. The lobby and bar have a pleasant feel, and the food at the bar was decent. The hotel is a short drive from the slopes, but the shuttle was convenient and ran efficiently. A large Safeway and several restaurants are an easy walk away if you don’t want to go far for dinner. We had a great stay and would recommend it for a comfortable visit at a reasonable price.

Sergio deserves a special thank you. His professional manner, upbeat attitude, and careful attention made sure everything was handled and made my stay even better. The whole visit felt perfect from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a really enjoyable weekend. The heated pool and large hot tub were great, and the hot tub never felt crowded. Food and drinks at Pivot 62, the hotel restaurant, were good. Our room was comfortable and had what we needed. We also appreciated the shuttle, which made getting to the ski resorts easy without dealing with parking.

Nicholas, the excellent GM, leads a very customer-focused team, and that made the stay special. Ryan at the front desk and Charlie on the shuttle were friendly and knew their stuff. The other front desk staff were a pleasure to deal with too. The people really make the difference here. The rooms, gym, and jacuzzi were excellent, and the delicious DoubleTree cookies were a nice finish. I loved staying at Highline Vail and will be back.

At Bar Pivot 62, Sergio made the evening with his friendly, attentive service and real skill behind the bar. He suggested the cranberry Mezcal cocktail, which was refreshing, well balanced, creative, and one of the best drinks we had on the whole trip. We had a wonderful time during our stay at Highline Vail. I highly recommend stopping by and asking Sergio for a cocktail suggestion.
