Lodge at Lionshead

We love the Lodge and have stayed every year. The accommodations are really comfortable, and Katie is fantastic.

The standard two-bedroom apartment was great, with spacious rooms and a private parking garage. Having swimming pools and a fitness center made the stay really enjoyable. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Colorado. I’m not sure what it’s like in the busy winter season, but I highly recommend it.

I always choose this resort when I visit Vail. It's close to the gondola, and the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and living area are set up perfectly. Sometimes we get a loft room, which is spectacular. I love the loft because we don't often stay in one, so it feels like a special experience. My one complaint is that the hot tub and workout center are in a separate area. The resort hasn't changed, and I still have an amazing time here. I'll probably be back soon or on another Vail visit.

We stayed for five nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious for what we needed, though nothing fancy. The location was a big plus: the lifts are about a 3 to 4 minute walk, which helps when skiing with kids, and there’s a supermarket right next door. Since it was our first time in Vail, we had lots of questions before the trip, and the concierge and front desk staff were super friendly and helpful with all of them. We couldn't have managed it without their help. We'd definitely stay here again and hope to make it back soon.
