Lodge at Vail Condominiums

The staff were warm and quick to respond, and the location made everything easy, with Gondola One right nearby and plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities around. Our unit had recently been remodeled, felt nice, and came with lots of amenities. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

After ten years away from Vail, I was so happy to find I could stay at Lodge at Vail. The apartment was modern, cozy, and very comfortable, and the staff were lovely and friendly. It was clean, too. I’ll be back again and again. Congrats to the Viola Team for doing such a great job!

The location is terrific, but a lot of the rest falls short. At $500 a night for a supposedly four-star hotel, I expected more space for two people to move around comfortably. The portable AC unit sat in front of the nightstand drawers, so I couldn't open them, and its plug blocked the outlet. Since Vail wasn't built with air conditioning in mind, I could understand that part, but a current USB port by the bed would have been nice instead of a clock with an old version-1 Apple iPhone adapter. The rooms also look untouched for a decade. I asked for room service each day, hoping for clean sheets and towels at that price. They said yes, but nobody came. If location is your only priority, this may work. Otherwise, consider nearby places. After the wedding we attended here, we moved to a Marriott Fairfield for less than half the cost. It had huge modern rooms, free breakfast, and a free shuttle that reached Vail Village in six minutes.

With two little kids, being able to walk to so many activities made this apartment a great fit for our family. It's in one of the best spots in Vail, and the apartment itself was cozy with amazing views. Thank you!
