The room was cozy and just right, with morning and evening service, and having ski valet was a real bonus. Our skis were waiting for us at Gondola One every day. The location also made it easy to reach the gondola and walk around to everything. Max, Collin, and Stephen were incredibly accommodating, helping with restaurant bookings, shuttle rides, our skis, and more. The staff went above and beyond whenever we needed something. We had a 10+ experience and will absolutely stay here again when we return to Vail.

The service has really gone downhill. We were left waiting about an hour to check in without anyone responding, and the information we got was misleading. It just wasn't the service I remember. The location is great, though.

The staff were a highlight, from the exceptionally friendly front desk to the very helpful ski valet. The convenient location worked well for skiing. Afternoon cookies and cocoa were a nice touch, and breakfast was very good, though the coffee was weaker than I like. Our lodge room suited a couple but was very compact. The price didn't include a mini fridge or microwave, and the dresser drawers in room 590 were broken and need repair. The adjoining door was left open when we arrived, and we could hear noise from the guests next door through it. Our companions' three-bedroom unit had plenty of space for a large group, but its decor was quite dated. Still, it was very comfortable. Overall, it was a great place to stay for skiing.

I can't remember the front desk man's exact name, maybe Ben. He was so helpful and accommodating, and made sure my boyfriend and I had a good stay. The room was clean, the jacuzzi was nice, and breakfast was pretty good. The coffee could've been stronger, haha. A lovely little find in town! :)
