The altitude caught us off guard, and the staff sent an altitude kit straight to our room to help with the symptoms. That thoughtful response really stood out. The spa was another highlight, and housekeeping kept our room spotless throughout the stay. Our room felt both luxurious and cozy, a lovely place to come back to after the day. The property was warm, beautiful, and impeccably clean. From the valet team onward, everyone we met was kind, attentive, and friendly. We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Vail and can’t wait to return. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Vail.

The spa was wonderful, and guests could use its amenities for free. We also liked the pool, though there were lots of kids, so it’s not the place for a peaceful, quiet swim. Food was the bigger disappointment. Only two restaurants were open during our visit, and the village places hadn’t opened yet. We’re used to staying somewhere nice and don’t mind paying for good food, but these meals didn’t feel worth the cost. Burgers and poke bowls were both over $30, and the bowl had very little tuna. Across three meals a day, we spent around $100. We’ve stayed at a few Four Seasons properties, and this was by far the most expensive for food. We also expected more of the little service touches. Since it was our first time in Vail and at the Four Seasons, nothing special was arranged in the room. They left two very small dog biscuits for our dog, but didn’t mention the complimentary amenities or services. I had to ask about the s’mores. I personally prefer the service and attention to detail at the Four Seasons in Denver, where the value is better too.

Rich, smooth, and nicely balanced, the hot chocolate at Four Seasons was a treat with every sip. I can see why people consider it one of the world’s best. Definitely worth trying if you’ve got a sweet tooth.

Our room was a dream, and the pool, gym, spa, and shared spaces were all a delight. We ate at Remedy & Tavernetta, and the food was fabulous. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help. We were leaving before the on-site boutique opened, so they opened it early and let me pick up an item. A wonderful stay. Stay here!

We spent 10 days here with my wife for a birthday and anniversary vacation. There was an initial setback, but the staff were fantastic, especially Argie and Philip. They went above and beyond to make things special, stress-free, and memorable, and were very accommodating. We’d love to vacation here again.
