We stayed for a week in Feb 2016 at Homestake Condos (A103). It worked well for 2 buddies or a family of 3. The price was very affordable, much cheaper than most other options, and the location was superb, just 3 min from a free bus stop. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, and everything was working. There were a few downsides: the place is old, so fancy accommodations would cost much more or mean staying farther away. We had a rough time reaching it in a front wheel drive rental, and you need an awd. There were very cold drafts on the 1st floor, maybe door draft stoppers would help, and WiFi dropped occasionally.

Avoid this rental agency. The customer service was awful, and I found the way they presented their properties highly misleading. They seem not to care about clients at all. Worst rental agency in all of Vail, in my experience.
