Terry at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and helped me sort out parking. I really appreciated that. My studio apartment was comfortable, with a fireplace by the bed, plush rugs, and clean, eclectic furniture. The hotel is cute and well located, just a quick drive from shops and restaurants. DoorDash made dinner easy too. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Finding fleas in our room when we arrived was the worst part of the stay. The hotel was enjoyable in some ways, but it also left me frustrated. The manager was often rude to guests and staff, avoided answering questions, and spent much of her time at the front desk talking to friends on speakerphone. There were plenty of nice features: a cozy lobby with lots of amenities, cute cabin-style decor, and rooms with actual keys instead of cards. The heated pool had an underwater entrance to the outside, and the sauna and hot tub were also at a great temperature. Pool towels and a changing room were provided. There's a game room and gym, though both felt a little underwhelming. The shuttle drivers were nice, and the service was easy to use after figuring out the somewhat complicated schedule.

We liked using the pool and sauna, and there was really good pizza downstairs. The room was large and clean, and I loved the decor, but the bed wasn't good. Getting to the village took a bit of time, and the buses had a long wait between them.

Our car had trouble, but the bus service made it easy to get around while it was being fixed. The front desk staff were kind and went out of their way to help us, which I'm very grateful for. Our room was spotless, the bed and couch were comfortable, and housekeeping was friendly and kept everything clean.
