A kind, helpful young man at the front desk was the only reason I stayed after all the trouble. He responded right away to my concerns and helped find a room that was available and functional. The first room had a deadbolt that didn’t work, so I was moved. I don’t recommend staying here. My confirmation sent me to a building that looked unused, like a construction site, with nobody there. After a few calls, I was told the wrong address is often on confirmations and redirected across the street to another property that was open. The bed was comfortable and the pillows adequate, but that’s where the good parts ended. When I lifted the toilet lid in the evening, a huge wad of tissue was blocking it from flushing. There was brown residue around the tub drain, so I decided against showering. In the morning, I found the in-room coffee maker didn’t work.

I felt safe and at home here, and the staff kept checking that we were okay and asking if we needed anything. The service was amazing and outstanding. Our room was very clean, the bed was made up nicely, and the bathroom and towels were neat and clean too. I’ve never stayed somewhere in such good condition with customer service this great.

I come here every time I visit my family, and the staff are always so kind. The service is amazing, the rooms are clean, and the sheets are fresh. Wi-Fi is free, and there’s food and shopping all around, including the new Raisin’ Canes in Valdosta right next door. Great location!

I’d give this area a 5 out of 5 to pick a different hotel. It’s known for fees and for doors still anything that looks good to them. Computers, laptops, iPads, everything 📱💻📹📷👓🕶️ tonight. Put your car keys in your pocket while you sleep. Face will still also turn on the break in pretty much any place. 🛞🔑🔑

The way I was treated as a paying guest was awful. Staff were rude and unhelpful from the start, and their attitude felt close to hostile. They also demanded a deposit but gave me no receipt. At checkout, when I asked for one, they flat-out refused. That felt shady and dishonest. If you care about your money, safety, or peace of mind, don't stay here. This place should be shut down.
