Banyan House Vacation Rentals

We stayed in Tree house and Rose cottage, and each had its own outdoor area and cooking facilities. Rosie and Brett have created a lovely oasis in Venice and thought of so many details to make guests comfortable. The breakfast bar was a real help, and the homemade muffins were very moreish. We also loved the heated pool and the pond with running water. I hope to return and can highly recommend Banyan House.

The Palmetto room felt a little small by our standards as people from Florida, but everything was clean, warm, and inviting, and the service is always excellent. We’ve stayed in three other suites here and have been happy to return again and again. This time we used the pool, watched the sunset, walked the pier, drove around town, and ate at some very charming, upscale restaurants. It feels like having a home away from home. Thanks, Bret and Rosie, for a wonderful experience.

The private entrance was really convenient, and our room had a lot of character. My wife and I stayed at Banyan House in early October and loved the heated pool, koi fish pond, plenty of snacks, and free beach gear, including bikes, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. It’s a quiet, charming alternative to the big hotels and resorts. I’d recommend it if you want a peaceful beach town experience.

The innkeepers have thought of everything, from the grab-and-go breakfast each morning to snacks available around the clock. Their customer service really showed when I left my sunglasses after checkout and the innkeeper mailed them to me. The property is immaculate, the grounds are beautiful, and the location is perfect. Bikes and beach gear are complimentary for guests. We stayed four nights and couldn’t have been happier with the room, property, and service. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely inn, and won’t stay anywhere else when we return.
