The unit was spacious and very clean, and the pool was warm and well cared for. The kids loved riding the bikes, and beach chairs and coolers were available too. Staff were friendly, and the location is excellent for getting to the beach and downtown. The area is beautiful and not packed with tourists, which was a real plus for us. We'll definitely be back.

There was plenty to like about this stay. Our ground-floor Unit 4 had two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, TVs in every room, a comfy mattress, and on-site parking. We also loved the bikes and beach gear. The location worked well for walking to the beach, parks, and downtown, and the beaches were easy to reach by car with plenty of parking. Nick was friendly and helpful, and gave us good dining suggestions. We'd stay again, but request an upstairs unit or no one above us. The main issue was noise. On Sunday and again early in the morning, there was loud banging from upstairs as we came and went. Maybe the floors and walls are very thin, though it sounded like a lot of walking for such a small space. It quieted down from 9 p.m. until 6:30 a.m., but I would've liked to sleep later. One bedroom's AC also made a constant high-pitched whistle, so I had to turn it off for a break.

This is my favorite spot to unwind, with downtown Venice close enough to reach on foot. I spent most of my time either at the nearby beach or in the heated pool. Management is friendly and accommodating.

The location is excellent, and I enjoyed spending time at the beach. Its bathrooms are well kept, and people in general are awesome. Looking forward to visiting again, thanks!

We visited in the off season, so it was nice and quiet 😄 The Villa was spotless and sweet, and we could walk to the beach and shops or drive there in about five minutes. The host and staff were so kind and helpful. I can’t wait to come back.
