Parking right by the room was a big plus. I only had to go a few feet, instead of walking 50 to 100 yards like at many hotels. The rooms were huge, very clean, and had lots of extra space. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made an effort to accommodate guests. The microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, and AC/heater all worked great. Highly recommend!

They upgraded our room because we had a wheelchair, and the staff were amazing and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would come back if we’re in Ventura again.

The neighborhood around the hotel felt sketchy and unsafe, and the room itself was unpleasant. The floors were so sticky I could hear and feel every step. There were noticeable brown stains on the blankets that looked like old sweat or urine. I’d only book here if I were desperate and had no other options.

I love the room with the jacuzzi tub, but I won’t be back. They tried to keep my $100 deposit, and I had to contact my bank to get it returned. Something also happened to me there a couple of years ago, though I won’t go into it because I think I posted about it elsewhere. The flimsy door lock makes me feel like anybody could get in.

The staff weren’t accommodating. When I asked for extra towels, they wanted me to explain why, and it felt like I had to convince the front desk to help with something after paying over $100 for a room. Other guests argued outside the neighboring room, and cars were blasting music by the window at 9am. I really can’t recommend this place.
