TownePlace Suites Vernal

The room was spotless, everything worked, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast had enough options to do the job, even if it wasn't gourmet. The location was solid, though in Vernal you're never far from much. This stay exceeded my expectations and reminded me that TownePlace beats partner brand SpringHill every time. I'll definitely stay again.

Breakfast was great, with lots of choices. The front desk staff were very nice and answered my questions. I also really liked having a full-size coffee pot in the room.

Our suite had a kitchen with most of the basic utensils, though it was missing scissors. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included, with a decent mix of hot and cold food plus fruit. There are also food chain restaurants just a few blocks away.

Breakfast at townplace suites was outstanding, the best fresh hot breakfast we've had across all our hotel stays. The woman working there was so kind and kept everything stocked. The pool and hot tub area were relaxing too, and I liked the little seating spot outside the pool house where you could open the door for fresh air if it got too warm. The room and hallways were clean, the halls smelled pleasant, the front desk woman was welcoming, and I felt safe. The location is a little odd, but it was quiet. The mattress was as firm as concrete, though, and the housekeeper knocked at 10:10 a.m. to ask when we were checking out, which made us feel rushed. Despite the awkward exit and poor sleep, it was a nice hotel. If we're back, I'll ask for a softer mattress and make sure they know we won't stay past the 11 a.m. checkout.
