The lodge, game room, sauna, and our cabin were all clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were staying at Moose Creek Ranch for the Teton Skijoring Event, and it went well beyond what we expected. Clair checked us in and was professional, courteous, and clearly happy to have us there. We didn’t manage to get to Penny's before closing, so I regret missing the food, though we did meet Penny, the lovely, friendly, furry mascot. Thanks again. We’ll most certainly stay here next time we’re in town. Five stars!

Our cozy cabin and the surrounding property felt magical on our first winter visit. Moose Creek Ranch is private and secluded, yet close to the Tetons. We made use of the complimentary cross-country ski and snowshoe rentals to explore straight from the doorstep. Afterward, we warmed up by the main lodge fireplace and roasted s’mores, then visited the Creekside sauna before getting delicious pizza at Pennys Pub, the on-site restaurant. There’s also a pool table and games, unlimited coffee and hot chocolate, and a complimentary light breakfast. A great mountain escape when visiting Grand Teton National Park.

The beds were the biggest letdown for the price. In Pine 2, both were uncomfortable, and one mattress sagged badly, like it was worn out or possibly broken. The shower was quite dirty, and the water only got lukewarm. The oven seemed to need cleaning too, since even preheating it set off the fire alarm. There was just one mirror, in the bathroom, which made getting ready difficult for several people. The dish soap seemed watered down and didn’t work well, and the hand soap was the same in both our unit and the lodge. The unit was advertised as having a fully stocked kitchen, but there was no coffee maker. I understand there’s a Keurig in the lodge all day and night, though one in the cabin would’ve been nice. Extra mats by the entrance would also help with wet boots and snow in winter. Even with those issues, it’s a stunning, peaceful property, and the staff were personable, friendly, and welcoming. We appreciated the complimentary Nordic ski rentals, the new sauna after long days outside, and the superb pizza at Penny’s Pub. We would stay again. More attention to comfort, cleanliness, and in-unit amenities would help the accommodation match the premium experience it aims for.

We loved the facilities and location. In winter it was a gorgeous white wonderland, and there weren’t many other guests around. The place is nestled in the mountains but still close enough to Jackson. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the lodge fireplace made for a cozy spot. Our Rendezvous 2 room was warm and comfortable with its gas fireplace. A coffee maker in the room would’ve been welcome in winter, though it might matter less in warmer months. The shower pressure also seemed too low to start the water heater, so I had to leave the sink running hot while I showered.

I had a peaceful fall getaway just outside Jackson Hole, WY, in one of the glamping tents. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. I started the day with the sauna and coffee by the stream, then spent the evening in the bar area with a glass of wine, a book, and Dancing With The Stars. The pizza was the best I’d had out west. I’d highly recommend staying here.
