I was in room 126, right off the breakfast area, with my baby girl. We stopped here to avoid driving a long way in the dark, and check-in was easy and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe, with a cozy bed and enough for us to relax and sleep well. It wasn’t fancy, but cleanliness and comfort seemed to matter here. Breakfast was free and made the morning easier: waffles, bacon, eggs, chicken patties, and three juices, with enough choices for adults and kids. The $176 a night price felt a little high for what we got, even though the convenient stop helped us avoid a stressful drive. I’d consider staying again if I needed a comfortable place to break up a long trip.

We only needed a place to sleep, and it was fine for that. The staff were nice, and the breakfast bacon was really good.

I had to ask for a different room because the bathroom in room 212 was completely unacceptable. I’d stayed the previous night without any problems, so when my work project ran over, I booked another night without hesitation. After a long day of work and driving out of town for parts, I walked into the bathroom and immediately smelled feces. There were visible specks of feces in the toilet water, urine behind the toilet, and pubic hair on the seat. Either someone on staff is using guest bathrooms or housekeeping isn’t cleaning rooms between guests. Which is it? I deserve to know. I attached photos as proof, but I’m still grossed out in my new room. The team needs to address this immediately and tell me how they’ll make it right.

The air conditioning unit made constant noise, and I couldn’t sleep. I spoke to the staff at the front desk in person, but was told from the start that nothing could be done. They told me to turn the unit off. I did, but the noise continued, and the problem remained unresolved. No help or solution was offered, and they said I’d have to wait until morning for maintenance. They didn’t even offer something basic like earplugs. Being exhausted late at night and getting no response was extremely frustrating. There was no apology, concern, or acknowledgment of how uncomfortable I was. The lack of empathy and the dismissive handling of the situation left me exhausted and deeply disappointed. It felt like a failure of basic hospitality.
